WHEN WILL YOU PROCESS MY ORDER ?
Most articles have a preparation time of 24/48 hours. It is even possible that your items will be shipped the same day if these products can be delivered immediately and paid for before noon.
The delivery time depends on the selected transport service and the country of destination. Please note that these times are indicative and only refer to working days, not weekends and public holidays.
WHEN WILL YOU SHIP / DELIVER MY ORDER ?
We have 2 sections in this webshop, and each section has a different
policy for shipping the items. Underneath each product you will see from which store the product is shipped from.
The articles ordered in the Direct
Delivery section will be delivered directly to you by the supplier. We order the items worldwide, and include the shipping costs in the sales price.
Because all suppliers have their own shipping arrangements, there is a big difference in delivery times.
We are indicating shippingtimes immediately below each productdescription;
PLEASE NOTE, Deliverytimes are indicative, and deviation of these deliverytimes are possible.
However, we try to deliver the products as soon as possible.
Due to change of European Law as of July 1st, 2021, all products with a value over Euro. 150.00 entering the EU from non-EU countries are to be customcleared. The customclearance is done by the courierservice, and they could charge Customs clearance charges and Importduties.

The articles that are ordered in
the section Webshop Maassluis, are delivered from stock from our webshop
in Maassluis the Netherlands.
Within the Netherlands the articles, if the total order amount is above Euro. 25.00, are shipped for FREE.
Below Euro. 25.00 you will see a choice to the courier of your choice to choose.
To Belgium, the articles, if the total order amount is above Euro. 35.00, are shipped for FREE.
Below Euro. 35.00 you will see a possibility to choose the courier of your choice.
HOW TO RETURN ARTICLES ?
It may happen that you want to return an order. Maybe because you don't like the product or maybe there is another reason why you don't want the order. Whatever the reason, you have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason.
After cancellation you have 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited with the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the costs of returning from your home to the store are for your own account. These costs are approximately €. 6.95 per package, consult the website of your carrier for the exact rates.
If you make use of your right of withdrawal, you must return the product with all accessories and - if reasonably possible - in its original condition and return the packaging to the entrepreneur. To exercise this right, please contact us via this withdrawal form. We will then refund the order amount due within 30 days after notification of your return, provided that the product has already been received in good order.
If the product is damaged or the packaging is more damaged than necessary to receive the product try, we can pass on this reduction in value to you. Handle the product with care and make sure it is returned well packaged.
HOW TO CANCEL A PLACED ORDER ?
Although we strive to inform our customers well, it is possible that a stated expected delivery time (Shipping & Delivery) does not meet your expectations satisfies. In that case, please send us an email with our reference number. After we have received your payment for the order, we have to process it manually and we try to do this within our opening hours.
The refund of the amount to be returned will be made as soon as possible. However, this is handled by a third party and we have no influence on their payout speed. In general, however, the amount is refunded the same day.
HOW TO EXCHANGE AN ARTICLE ?
Do you want to exchange your product? That is not a problem at all. You can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
However, you must bear the costs for returning the product yourself.
HOW TO RETURN SEMI FABRICATES ?
If you have ordered a semi-finished product, it must be processed by a demonstrably certified technician. If this is not processed by a certified technician, the supplier can refuse the return. If something is not right with the product, the technician should contact the local branch of the brand under which this product falls.
HOW TO CHANGE DELIVERY ADDRESS ?
Did you accidentally provide the wrong delivery address? That can happen.
